1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of KPS Project Automation (“Application”), an internal business application operated by Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc. (“KPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Application, an authorized user agrees to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Application

KPS Project Automation is designed for internal business use by Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc. The Application may connect authorized business systems, including Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online, to automate administrative and accounting workflows, synchronize project information, and reduce duplicate data entry.

3. Authorized Use

The Application is intended only for authorized users and business purposes approved by Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc. Users may not access or use the Application for unauthorized, unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with third-party services, including Google and Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable terms, policies, and agreements of the respective service providers.

5. QuickBooks Online Access

The Application may access, create, update, or synchronize information within an authorized QuickBooks Online company account. Such access occurs only through authorized connections and is used to perform legitimate business functions approved by Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc.

6. Data and Privacy

Information accessed through the Application is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KPS Project Automation does not sell information obtained through connected business systems.

7. Security and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their authorized accounts and credentials. Access to the Application may be modified, suspended, or terminated by Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc. at any time.

8. No Warranty

The Application is provided for internal business use on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc. does not warrant that the Application will operate without interruption or error.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the Application, its integrations, or our business requirements change. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
