Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc. (“KPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates KPS Project Automation, an internal business application used to automate and synchronize business information between Google Workspace applications and QuickBooks Online.

KPS Project Automation may access business information maintained in our authorized Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online accounts. This may include project and job information, customer and vendor information, estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, accounting records, and other information necessary to perform authorized business processes.

Information accessed by KPS Project Automation is used solely for legitimate internal business purposes, including creating and updating projects, synchronizing records between systems, reducing duplicate data entry, maintaining accounting records, and automating administrative workflows.

QuickBooks Online Data
Access to QuickBooks Online is provided through Intuit's authorized connection process. KPS Project Automation accesses QuickBooks Online data only as necessary to perform functions authorized by Kinard Painting & Sandblasting, Inc.

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or business information accessed through KPS Project Automation. Information may be transmitted between authorized service providers, including Google and Intuit, as necessary to provide the application's functionality.

Data Security

Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only as necessary for our legitimate business, accounting, legal, and operational requirements.
